ONLY PLAYERS AGED 16 OR UNDER AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT ARE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE. PLAYERS CANNOT PLAY IN THE MAIN US OPEN AND WNT NXTGEN FRISCO.
It is MANDATORY for all players to stay at the Embassy Suites for the duration of their participation in the event. RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE USING THE LINK BELOW ONLY.

ANY PLAYERS WHO DO NOT BOOK USING THE LINK ABOVE WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT. This will be strictly enforced on site- no exceptions will be permitted.
For clarity, reservations made using booking.com or any other website are NOT permitted. Players who book using any alternative website will have to pay again upon check in.
Entry Fees will not be refunded for any player who withdraws less than 21 days prior to the start of the event.
