He made history the previous year as the first Asian player to qualify for the Reyes Cup, and went on to claim the inaugural Reyes Cup MVP award, cementing his status as one of the sport’s brightest stars.

Yapp’s first successes on the World Nineball Tour came through consecutive Ranking Event victories, first at Wolf’s Den Billiard Club and then at the International Open, a title he impressively defended at the end of last year.
