2024 Mosconi Cup Prize Draw – UK Open Pool Championship
The promoter of the Prize Draw is Matchroom Multi Sport ltd., Mascalls, Mascalls Lane, Brentwood, Essex, CM14 5LJ. Queries can be directed to the Matchroom Pool.
Participants gain one entry into the Prize Draw upon one successful purchase of a Sunday 12th May 2024 ticket for the UK Open Pool Championship at Telford International Centre, Telford, United Kingdom. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will take place during the final of the UK Open Pool Championship on Sunday 12th May 2024.
The prizes are as follows: Two VIP Hospitality Tickets: Mosconi Cup 2024, Caribe Royale, Saturday 30th November 2024.
Matchroom Multi Sport ltd. accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prizes and not specifically included in the prizes (including, without limitation, travel, airfares and any associated accommodation).
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes
The Promoter/Organiser reserves the right to:
Make reasonably necessary alterations to the advertised event arrangements, featured participants or programme
Cancel or abandon any event without notice and without liability for compensation or damage other than up to a maximum of the ticket price (If an event cancels in advance we will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the details you have provided)
The venue reserves the right to:
Refuse admission to, or remove you from the venue in reasonable circumstances – such as the refusal of security checks or if venue staff consider that your behaviour may adversely affect other people’s enjoyment of the event and without a refund
Require latecomers to wait until a suitable break in the performance before being admitted
Provide alternative tickets at the event should the staging of the event so require e.g. due to unavoidable seating changes
Confiscate prohibited items such as bottles, cans, food and drink not purchased at the event, cameras or items that may potentially be used as a weapon – in accordance with its policies. If in any doubt please check with the venue before attending.
We are not liable for lost, destroyed or stolen tickets and cannot always replace them. Please take special care of standing or other general admission tickets as for many venues duplicates cannot be issued under any circumstances.
Tickets are not transferable and their resale for profit or commercial gain ( except by us or our authorised sub-agents) or use in promotions or packages without the express permission of the Promoter / Organiser is prohibited and may render them void Please check details such as timings and car park charges with the venue before travelling as these may be subject to late changes.
You must produce a valid ticket to attend the event and removing parts of, defacing or otherwise altering your ticket may render it void If you experience any problems with your seating or enjoyment prior to or during the event please inform venue staff immediately as issues cannot always be resolved after the event. Please note loud music or noise can damage hearing The unauthorised use of cameras, video or sound recording equipment is prohibited at the event and such items may be confiscated By attending the event you consent to being filmed / recorded as part of the audience for security and broadcast without payment.
